1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your convenience and peace of mind.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Initiation of Returns

To initiate a return please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for returning the item.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item received is defective or damaged.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Exchanges

If you require an exchange for a different size, color or item please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable including:

  • Downloadable software products

  • Perishable goods

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items
